About The Role
We are seeking an experienced, driven and talented full-time Relationship and Sales Executive (with a sales background) to join the bitcoin.com.au. Reporting the GM of bitcoin.com.au, this is a full-time in office role.
As a Relationship Manager at bitcoin.com.au, you will:
- Proactively email and call high-value customers who sign up on the platform
- Help onboard new users by answering product and process questions
- Act as a liaison between customers and the support team to ensure a smooth experience
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM records in HubSpot
- Manage your time effectively to reach out to new clients efficiently each day
- Deliver clear, helpful written communication with strong attention to detail
- Speak confidently and professionally with clients over the phone
About you
We're looking for someone who has:
- A background in sales, ideally in tele sales or a phone-based environment
- Experience in finance or onboarding (preferred, but not essential)
- Proven success in a customer-facing role using email and/or phone communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
- A genuine interest in cryptocurrency and helping others understand it
- Positive energy, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset
- A belief in selling through education and support, not pressure
