As our Performance & Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll take ownership of paid acquisition channels for both Independent Reserve & bitcoin.com.au, and continuously improve performance across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) – Lead creative testing, audience targeting, funnel strategies and remarketing.
- TikTok Ads – Develop thumb-stopping creatives and conversion-optimised campaigns for mobile-first users.
- Apple Search Ads - Manage mobile search campaigns to maximise CAC and performance.
- In-app ad platforms (e.g. Lift Off, InMobi) – Plan and execute install-driven campaigns.
- Display & Programmatic Ads – Work with DSPs and exchanges to run targeted, cost-efficient campaigns.
- CRO – Collaborate with design and product to A/B test landing pages, onboarding flows, and ad creative.
- Retargeting & funnel optimisation – Build multi-touch journeys to the crypto curious market and first-time traders.
- Report on CAC, ROAS, CPI, CVR, and LTV to refine spending across channels continuously.
About you
- 5+ years’ experience in paid performance marketing roles.
- Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, programmatic DSPs, and in-app ad platforms.
- Strong understanding of attribution, tracking (GA4, GTM, Appsflyer/Amplitude), and paid channel analytics.
- Excellent communicator and problem solver.
- Experience running A/B tests, landing page experiments and CRO strategies.
- Experience in mobile-first or fintech environments is a plus.
- Strong copy, creative, and analytical instincts - you can brief well and iterate fast.
- Results-driven, comfortable managing budgets, scaling winners and cutting losers quickly.
- Bonus: experience with crypto, fintech or regulated financial environments.
